Atty. Ceren Ozdogan is a multilingual (speaking Spanish, English and Turkish) Legal Counsel based in Madrid, specializing in international corporate governance and structuring, legal compliance, contracts and negotiations and setting up companies in the most tax-efficient corporate structuring. Her work bridges the business and legal worlds, helping companies structure their operations across Europe while ensuring full regulatory compliance.
She began her legal career in Istanbul after graduating Law Faculty from Kadir Has University, gaining extensive experience in litigation and corporate advisory before relocating to Spain. This extensive litigation expertise gives her the ability to foresee the risks and disputes; then prepare for them beforehand. Excellent with risk management and risk strategies, she is a business-enabler. Her motto lies in making things happen, not blocking them. Since then, she has worked with multinational clients in the finance and technology sectors, offering strategic counsel on EU regulatory matters, cross-border transactions and intellectual property protection.

Admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association since 2021, she combines solid legal expertise with a global perspective shaped by her work across Europe, Africa and Turkey.
She studied English language in San Francisco, California and mastered Spanish language with a certified study in Madrid, Spain. Throughout her law school years, she attended multiple conferences and seminars, graduated with writing the thesis of "Tax Fraud in Swiss, Turkish and American Law" and as being a member of the ELSA (European Law Students' Association).
Received multiple certificates in her profession as well as doing many pro-bono cases in Istanbul, Turkey in 2021. These pro-bono cases were dedicated to defendants or plaintiffs who could not afford an attorney.
She appeared on the Turkish business TV channel in 2022, "Business Channel" to give an interview about her work and criminal litigation processes including the defence attorney's role in them.
